locked out from my account

so I forgot my password, an I tried to reset it, then I failed 3 times to reset it, then i go back to login again and still unsuccessful.now I got this

You have asked USCIS to reset your password to log in to your USCIS Account. However, you have already reached the maximum number of unsuccessful attempts to log in to your online account. Due to security reasons, we have locked your account.

 

I tried to email them but the i heard they never reply, have anyone unlocked their account before and if there is a resolution to it, please help me, thank you!

Hi,sorry i cant help with the question you have, but i was looking for info on the uscis account. How much more were you able to see since u created your account? 

I am debating weather to create it or not. 

I have been tracking my aos application status via the website tracking option they have without having an account. 

But not sure if opening an account would provide more details?
