N400 Decision cannot be made chicago office

I had my interview 23d january every things were great at the end the IO give me the paper with decision cannot be made now and she said you will recieve our decision in 3 weeks, already 4 weeks and i didnt get anything, please advice

What is your status online now? I had my interview last feb 14 just like you I didn’t approved but on feb 20 I got an email and my status online case changed to in line for oath.

@DOCUS2013 , do you have your I-751 application pending ? If that is the case, they have to review your ROC application before they make a final decision. Some approve it on the spot but the other wait to make a final decision.

Did the IO give you any specific reason for not being able to give you a decision. Fellow Chicago filer here.

She said maybe because my trips outside usa i had 2 trips close to 6 months but not over 180 days

I had my interview on 2/12/18 in Portland Oregon and had the same answer. I have had a 10y green-card for 9 years and have only left the USA once a year for 5-7 days. I have no idea why they did not approve me but I am also stressed out.

My officer said to me, there is nothing negative on your application but i need to review more, and said TODAY you will get a notification, it looks like this "Today" will be 120 Days

Were you out other times than that or just those two times? So your oath hot scheduled ?

Hello, i am in the same boat. The officer said he needs to review more. I haven't received an rfe or anything i filed a service request and got the generic letter saying they are still adjudicating. I've been 123 days now. Did you call them after 120days? what steps have you taken and has it helped?
