Is anyone from one experiencing the same like my case?

June 15, 2017 - Sent my application

June 19, 2017 - Case Received

June 21, 2017 - Noa1

Jan. 3, 2018 - RFE

Jan. 6, 2018 - Received the mail

Jan. 8, 2018 - Submitted all the evidence. I even overnight the package to them.

Jan. 9, 2018 - Package was delivered to them and signed by D. Menchaca.

 

and now what pissed me off is that there's still no update on the status, it is still RFE. And it worries me if they really received it? It has been a month already and no update, I called many times and agents kept telling me to wait 60 days. What's happening? Is there anyone similar to my case?

Yes, this happened to me.

 

Waited for 60 days and called back. I was then told that they received my response to the RFE.

Did you get approved? And how long was the next response?

Yes, I am approved. I just called after 60 days. Then it was approved right away (same day or one day later).
