Hi, 

 

has anyone else had problems with uploading documents in the evidence section of the online N-400 form?

 

I have made sure all the documents are the correct size and format. I have also tried uploading them on Chrome and explorer. I just see the uploading bar and it never changes from 0% uploaded. Its driving me crazy trying to figure out how to fix this problem!

 

Any help is greatly appreciated, many thanks

I found that part of the online application to be quite glitchy. You just have to keep trying. I used Firefox and there was only one evening where I had no luck. And you can't upload more than 5 documents at one time. Having to go back into the app and work my way up would slow it down quite a bit.

I got around some of it by uploading some documents under their correct categories and some under "other evidence" - that way I could upload more in a single sign in. But yes, ultimately you have to sign out and sign in again.

 

Is your timeline updated?
