My upcoming Naturalization interview and documents check list ...

Hello everyone!

I am going to have an upcoming Naturalization intereview next week and just wanna make sure that the list of the documents mentioned below is gonna be enough for me to pass the interview succesfully :unsure: Would appreciate everyones opinions and additions.

Documents Check list:

- Green Card -original and copy

-My driver's license-original and copy

-My husband's drivers license -original and copy

-My 2 passport style photos-(just in case )?

-My valid passport

-My birth certificate with English translation copy

-Marriage license-original and copy

-My husband's divorce decree from his previous marriage-copy only(couldn't find an originals) is that ok??

-My husband's birth certificate-original

-My husband's U.S passport -Expired in April-is that ok???

-Tax returns for the past 3 years-copies

-Electric and water bills for the past 3 month copies and originals.

-Bank statements for the past 3 month-copies and originals

-My 3 N-400 NOA's -originals and copies.

Would that be enough?

Timeline

I think it is enough (I am expecting my IL anyday). I will not take so many copies, since they can make copies if they want something. I plan to take a passport, green card, marriage certificate, wife's passport, children's birth certificates, NOA's and tax forms to my interview. I do not have any tickets, but I would bring what I have about that.

Sounds good, though I never had to bring any of my multitude of traffic tickets as none were DUI or over $500 which was a good thing, or I'd have a big ordeal trying to track down everything from all over the country where I got a ticket ha ha.

I also brought some pics and stuff as well, but that might have been over doing it as he didn't even look at anything of mine really including the tax forms I got mailed to me. So you should be pretty straight forward then and shouldn't have any difficulty...

Oct - Job offer in US

Nov - Received my TN-1 to be authorized to work in the US

Nov - Moved to US

1998-2001

Recieved 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th TN

2002

May - Met future wife at arts fest

Nov - Recieved 6th TN

2003

Nov - Recieved 7th TN

Jul - Our Wedding

Aug - Filed for AOS

Sep - Recieved EAD

Sep - Recieved Advanced Parole

2004

Jan - Interview, accepted for Green Card

Feb - Green Card Arrived in mail

2005

Oct - I-751 sent off

2006

Jan - 10 year Green Card accepted

Mar - 10 year Green Card arrived

Oct - Filed N-400 for Naturalization

Nov - Biometrics done

Nov - Just recieved Naturalization Interview date for Jan.

2007

Jan - Naturalization Interview Completed

Feb - Oath Letter recieved

Feb - Oath Ceremony

Feb 21 - Finally a US CITIZEN (yay)
