Hello, I am from Bangladesh. My mother is U.S. citizen and she applied for me on F1 category. My priority date is April 2007. i got married on 2014. I hide my marriage on interview and my visa was refused. My mother applied for I-601 waiver and she got approval notice on September 2017. Our attorney told that my case has been transferred to F3 category as he has submitted our marriage certificate with waiver. But when i checked my case status on USICS website with my receipt number its showing case was received. What should I do now?  Should I email to consular in Bangladesh US embassy or to NVC? Can anyone help me please.
