Hi all,

my AOS pending and my EAD is expiring  in 60 days, I have prepared the bundle for EAD and Parole. I am already taking lawyer services for AOS application follow up. To be honest Atorney is useless. I wanted to file my EAD myself instead of paying his fee again. Is it okay if I send the application myself ? Or I should take Lawyer services ? I m so confused my AOS is already pending for over 2 year period.  What would you suggest  and what’s the procedure to remove the lawyer name from my case ?

There must be something wrong with your AOS. It shouldn’t take that long. You don’t need a lawyer to file EAD/AP. But before filing for a renewal, I would call USCIS and ask what is holding your AOS up.
