I admire your zen-like approach to life. If I were presumed guilty of an offence I didn't commit, and the penalty was severe, I would be concerned. Applicants in a similar position should be as well.

I do not have a Zen like approach to life, we will just go with you didn't understand my position and I didn't make myself 100% and leave it at that.

I don't mean to be unfriendly, but below is the core of your advice. I don't think that's good advice given the plain text of the naturalization regulations, and I didn't want it to mislead future applicants. Best of luck.
