Us too. That is why we don't know what to do. But we r planning to apply ACR-I so he can stay here longer and doesn't need to exit the country.

It seems as if the people don't know the rules in the PHilippines, it all word of mouth or I was told.  

 

I have motorbike in the PHilippines, I do not have a Philippines Driver Licenses and I don't stay for longer than one month.  I have been stopped about 4 times by PNP at checkpoints and asked where is my Philippines Driver Licenses.  I tell them I only have US Driver License and the rule is it is good for 90 days.  They keep on insisting I need a Philippines DL, but to date I have never gotten a ticket.  And if you look up the law in Philippines it says my DL is good for 90 days upon entry.

Ya I find that confusing as well.   If immigration on entry stamped the passport  for BB and dated it for 1 year .. then a person is valid to stay one year (minus a day)
