Hi,

I have sent the document along with cashier's check to Department of State in St. Loius, MO on 23 Sept 2017 via FedEx and until now there is no record in the system regarding to my case. I have email 212ewaiver@state.gov and they said they never received my application and payment. They advised me to resubmitt all document with proof of payment, which I later resent it on December 16 to another address in DC. Again, still no case number found in the system today.

By the way, proof of payment that I asked from the bank showing that the check has been cashed since 29 Sept by Department of State Visa Office at Fed Reserve Bank in Cleveland.

I'm afraid this is the reason why my money fee never arrive to them. (I wrote on the check paying to THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE only. I didn't add J-1 WAIVER) Again, I did follow everything they written on the application instruction.

I have tried to call any number of DOS I could find online to ask about my case. Unfortunately, they told me the only way to contact J-1 Waiver Devision is by email only.

Is this kind of situation happen to anyone?

Is there any other way to track the case besides long-waiting email?

Thanks a lot!
