@ Homesick American: I know, I don't expect $90.000 a year, but I have a MA and 3 years of relevant experiences in the USA as well as in Europe. Somehow I am considered a college grad here. There are no offers whatsoever (the job market is simply not there, you can't even send out an application), and I am confident that I may make the demand to work in my area!!!! But I also know I am in the wrong place for PR.

Yeah, it's not great for PR. It also depends on what your degree is in and...I hate to say this...3 years of experience isn't all that much in a very competitive market where there aren't many jobs in your field. I work in IT and I have a BA in French. Needless to say, you need many MANY years of experience in IT to overcome not having a BA in that field. Having a BA in any subject is better than none at all, but I have to compete with people who have the same experience as I do plus a related degree. I'm just as good as they are, but I have to keep proving myself too. It never stops. It never will, not for any of us.
