Hello there everyone! before filling my petition form i want to know somethings and i need help who has been going through this condition(best of luck) or already got their visa(congratulations) ..My question is what if the petitioner and the beneficiary both live outside the united states(currently living in china)but are planning to move back.does the petitioner need to fill out an affidavit of support along with the sponsor?or can the petitioner just submit one affidavit of support from the sponsor? What if petitioner has no funds within the US and will be relying on the sponsor upon arrival? petitioner parents have one account so one of them do need to fill affidavit support form or both of them?:)

the petitioner is always the primary sponsor and must file the i134, even if unemployed and $0 income

there can be only one joint sponsor if the embassy allows it, and he or she must file another i134

both fill out the i134 for the fiancé visa

once you marry and file for adjustment of status, there is another affidavit of support, the i864, since the i134 is a non binding contract

since the petitioner is earning in China, should she fill out the form with the information about employment in China ? All of her money is in Chinese bank accounts , not in American accounts so should she fill out the amount of money she has in Chinese bank accounts?
