Hey everyone,

My dad is co-sponsoring my fiance on the I-134 and I am wondering if he (dad) is supposed to list my fiance as one of his dependents?

No we didnt do that. Just list the dependents that is on his tax return. But your fiance will be factored into it when figuring out if he hits the proverty line.

It depends on if your dad still supports you. Do you live with him? Does he pay for your car, gas, food, insurance, tuition or such like that? Then you may be considered partially dependent.

This person is:
Wholly Dependent On Me For Support

Partially Dependent On Me For Support
