Hi sorry for my poor english, i got the checklist from NVC asking for my wife police certificate that i already send, the problem is my wife’s certificate is different than my because back in Thailand she has been convicted in Juvenile case when she was 15 year old. case is dismissed and clear, but when we ask for certificate they give her the different type police certificate as my, they give her the police certificate that written down she has convinced before but now she has no records and written in Thai language(my is certificate is english)they told me it impossible to give the one that NVC want and they ask me to translate it to english language and give it to NVC, now i call NVC officer she told me can’t accept this type of police certificate.

how can we do now,any suggestion?

did u received your wife's certificate from bellow location? If it is yes and police certificate in Thai language, then you have to have someone translate in English (Possibly from a recognized translator agency) and send both to NVC
