Do you need to notify a change of address after you file the I-130?

I have filed the I-130 for my spouse and it has been routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center. We live in Brazil and we are going to move within Brazil due to my husband's job. Do I need to notify the USCIS? The change of address forms that I have found seem to only be for people already living in the United States. I tried to call the National Customer Service Center, but had no luck talking to a person.

You can only change addresses within the USA.   I don't think I've ever seen someone able to change an address abroad.

If you get an RFE and they send it to the wrong address you'll be in trouble.  That's about the only issue.
