Hello.. I hope someone can answer me here.  I am living with my US Citizen spouse in Kuwait. I received my green card recently and plan to apply for Expedited Naturalization 319B. I hope anyone here from Kuwait had experienced the same case as me. I just started with my research on Expedited Naturalization 319B, I just have one question, where can  I complete my  biometrics/fingerprint  card FD-258.

Thank you for the reply.

I did my FBI fingerprinting here in Kuwait. When you receive the FBI fingerprint card, you have to go to the Kuwait police station in Dajeej.

If you have some questions, just ask the US embassy for clarification.

Thank you for the info msscarlette, did the police station asked for some paper/letter stating the purpose of finger printing? just like when I took the Kuwait police clearance few months ago that the US embassy provided a letter to present to the Kuwait police station in Dajeej. Appreciate the additional information.

You have to ask the US embassy for a endorsement letter to the Kuwait police, I think it is the same paper for police clearance. The police station for fingerprints already moved to a new location, I think it was in Al Ardiya. Bring passport photos with blue background.

Hi misscarlette how long the processing of your 319B?

I did not file it. I'm going through K1 visa. The OP was asking about how to get FBI cards. You can make another topic for the other VJ members to answer your question.

Here's a topic about 319b
