10 Year Green Card Approved - Card not arrived yet - Can we still travel?

Hey there friends,

Subject line says it all. The NOA for the 10 year green card has arrived and conditions have been lifted. Thing is, the new card itself hasn't arrived yet and we have a trip to Mexico City over Christmas to rendezvous her Colombian family.
Has the card been updated in USCIS systems or will we need to show the NOA at the border? 

 

Can we even travel?

Thanks again for all your help and apologies if there was already a forum devoted to this topic I couldn't find it .=/
