The convictions box

My fiance got a drunk and disorderly several years ago. Here are his questions. He's from Ireland. He's wondering if he should tick the box that asks about convictions.

"On form 2c it's asks three or more convictions for crimes relating to a controlled substance or alcohol not arising from a single act .

My conviction section 4 public order fine 200 Euro. My next conviction section 6 public order fine 100 Euro. Then my last section 24 (3) (4) refuse name and address."

THe I-129F is completed by the US citizen and those questions pertain to the USC's criminal record, not the foreign beneficiary's. 

 

Pleaee ensure you read the instructions the come with the form fully. The fact that you have misunderstood this question suggests you have not read the instructions and you may have missed something else important too.
