I had really hard seperated interview

 

I am adjusting status from f1 to green card based on the marriage

 

Im indian origin . Wife is african american born here. Married june 2016. Filed application march 2017. I went to interview officer taken picture and finger print. Then he sent me back to the waiting room . One hour after he called me back and interviewd 1 hour . We made some mistake. He called my wife again asked ,do u want to withdraw aplication or i will send for further then you need to go jail and fine . My wife ddnt say anything . 

We provides affidavit of knowing our relationahip from her mom . He asked mom phone number . Finally he given back my passport 

 

Then afternoon my wife told me officer put voicemail on mom phone . Next day mom called back and explained about relationship. Finally mom asked anything you need officer said no and hung up phone . Its almost 60 days no reply from immigration .

What will happen next ??

It seems like you had a stokes interview, it usually happens when USCIS suspects that the marriage has been primarily done for immigration purposes and considers such a case fraud. 

 

That being said, you will have to give more coherent details about the background of your case and what exactly happened, it is not clear according to your description. Did you submit adequate proof like financial documents, marriage photos, and other usual bonafide evidences ?

ROC Timeline

 

June 15, 2020: Sent package through USPS

June 18, 2020: Delivered to Arizona PO box

June 23, 2020: Credit Card Debited

June 24, 2020: E notification for case (LIN-Receipt) 

July  15, 2020: Case was updated to show that fingerprints were taken

July 16, 2020 : Official NOA letter dated July 1 was received  

July 20, 2020 : Official fingerprint taken notice dated July 15 was received

March 05, 2021: Status updated to "Card in Production"

March 06, 2021: Status updated to I-751 Approved

Yes

We submitted joint bank account, joint credit card, joint lease , joint utility  bill, joint tax return, joint picturrs with her mom
