So my husband had his interview on Oct 11 in Ciuded Juarez, everything was going good until the officer saw my birth certificate.

The doctor who my mother went into labor with committed fraud (selling birth certificates to people not born here In the US, stating that they were, I'm talking about 25+ years ago)

Well they took us to the fraud department, I had to fill out paperwork and submit evidence, school records, shot records, hospital records, etc. (which I have)

Its really really exhausting because I'm a natural born US citizen, and now we're here in Mexico waiting for their answer, they said 2-3 weeks for the packet to be mailed out with our answer.

im worried my husband will get denied all because of me.

Any advice or past experiences?

You've done pretty much everything you could do at this point by providing records of all sorts. Once they prove the authenticity of the birth certificate and that you are, in fact, a natural born US citizen I'm sure they will approve his visa.

I assume the name of the doctor who assisted your mother is on the birth certificate? Or how could they tell?

Yes, the doctors name is on my birth certificate and he has been reported, licensed taken away, etc.
