Hello everyone, I am back again... ready to send in my husbands ROC. I-751

I have everything ready but the only thing from preventing me from sending in the form is this question ... my husband cannot read in English ... so for part 7 PETITIONERS STATEMENT , which box should he mark?

-i can read and understand English ...

-the interpreter in part 9 has also read to me every question...

-i have requested the services of and consented to ...

we do not have an interpreter as I know both Spanish and English and we are both filling out the forms together...

thank you

That makes you the interpreter (you don't need to be certified or anything like that - just fluent in both languages). Check box 1.b. and put down your details in part 9. If you haven't done so already, read every question, answer, and instruction to your husband in Spanish.

Okay thanks broppy, I just wasn't sure about filling out the interpreter section as I though it had to be done by someone credited or something. But I will go ahead and fill that part out. Thanks again
