Do you need to provide evidence of bonafide relationship again after I-130 approval?

Hi again everyone!

 

Our i-130 has been approved. I was curious if I have to provide evidence of a bonafide marriage again at any later time during the CR-1 in terms of photo's, chat logs etc. I just started preparing another photo album of proof but realized we might not have to do that again. I'd rather ask here and be sure than spend hours compiling stuff for nothing!

No you do not have to.  Some people from high fraud countries or those who felt their initial evidence was lacking, will "side load" at the NVC stage with the IV package.  The CO often makes a decision before meeting you, so evidence brought to the interview may or may not be looked at.

Okay, thank you!! Weirdly I assumed I had to. 

 

I will add some to the NVC pack anyway I think to be safe. We included lots of photo's, plane tickets, letters from close friends & family, but but no chat logs. It got approved with no issues so do you think that we're alright? Just want to be extra sure.
