Hey, after waiting over 6 weeks after my approval notice the nvc told me to send or scan my approval letter.  I sent it and 2 weeks later they responded to my email telling me the scanned document was illegible and to send it again.  I don't know how it was illegible because i took a picture with my phone and sent it.  But i scaned it with a copy machine and sent that.

However, i decided to reach out to my senator for help and sent my senator the same picture i sent to the nvc the first time.  2 weeks later my senator's office sent me the nvc response to their request telling them my case was received on the same day they reviewed the senator's request and to give 14 days for the nvc to enter the case in their system.

I told you i sent my scanned document to the nvc the same day i reached out to my senator right, well 2 weeks after i reached out to the senator i got a response from the nvc telling me the case was received, but didn't mention in the response sent to me when it was received.  They told me to wait 4 to 5 weeks to contact me to proceed with the next step.  To the senator they said 14 days and gave the day it was received and in the response sent to me they didn't tell me when it was received and told me to wait 4 to 5 weeks and to only contact them after 5 weeks.  I am not sure why they are doing this, but it's unfair.  Even them saying they received my case on the same day they reviewed the senator's request i think is bs.  I think they received it long time ago and was waiting until some higher power requests them to find it
