Hi Everyone!

I hope you guys are doing great and i hope someone can help as i am stuck very badly well the situation is we are undergoing for visa process under category IR-1 and we need to send the doc's to NVC but i need police clearance from UK and malaysia i already got the PCC from UK but malaysian PC i tried to get it but they are not issuing it due to i went there on visit visa and i overstayed my visit visa for almost 2 years coz i found job there but i tried to get a work permit while staying there but ministery refused to issue a work permit as well now i tried to get PCC from local embassy of malaysia in Pakistan but they are not issuing it because they need work permit and a letter of authorization from my malaysian employer where i used to work that im unable to provide them due to the situation i mentioned above,is anybody over here got the situation like i do please do help me how to get pass this hurdle.

Thank you guys and im wating for your sincere advice.

Your only option, in my opinion, is to write a letter stating the reason you can not provide the PCC.  You can not just ignore the requirement, because it will most certainly result in a checklist from NVC anyway.

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

If i mentioned the whole thing in the letter will they accept it at NVC and later on at US embassy as well what do you think they will ask for must needed at US embassy when my interview will be and they will delay my visa by not providing them the orignal malaysian PCC

I know of no other option if you absolutely can not get a PCC. If you do not explain, they will certainly delay your case.
