Hi guys me and my fiancé are in the final stages of the process now and I have my medical booked and will soon be booking my interview . My question is regarding I-134 my fiancé has recently started a new job where he makes enough to sponsor me however because he has just started I only have about 2 months pay checks and an employment letter is that enough ? Also I have a cosponsor if not who has provided me with bank statements tax returns etc who's over the poverty line , plus I also have over $40,000 of savings in my own name to prove to embassy if I can self sponsor my question is which one do I use which is safest bet or do I just give them both my i134s ?

Really want to make sure I get this right :) thanks

It's his current income that matters so the employment letter and all the paystubs that he has should suffice :) From what I read on here, doesn't seem like the London embassy pays too much attention to the I-134 so they don't always ask for it.

FYI, the foreign beneficiary's savings, income and assets will not be considered.

All the best with your interview :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
