I have a question after your I-601A is approved do you receive a employment authorization card? thank you.

No you do not, the I 601A waiver  "cancels" you unlawful presence ineligibility for immigrant visa. It does not give anyone lawful status or authorization to work.

That's for the I 601A. The regular I 601 - one you have to do after denied at the interview - takes much longer than the I601A.

I don't think so.  After the I-601a is approved you have to attend an immigrant visa interview in your home country. If you are approved at the interview you will receive an immigrant visa and shortly after you re-enter the U.S. you will receive a social security number and green card.

I believe you get an employment authorization document only if you are adjusting your status inside the U.S. (meaning you entered the U.S. legally or are covered by 245i)

Thank you for your time.
