part Two...

I left part one having arrived in the states May 7nth..in 4 days my I-94 was ready online i picked that up and within a week of arrival I had applied for ssno and my state ID.My ssno was out in three days the IDs in about two weeks.we had the marriage ceremony on 18nth May and a week letter we mailed the adjustment packet.On May 30 received receipt notice for the I485;I:765 and travel doccuments..cracks had started to appear and this wasn't the woman i had known for 10yrs.meanwhile i got scheduled for fingureprinting 23 June 17.June 26 received a RFE.her w2s and pay stubs.in the situation we were in she wasn't going to give them to me..but she finally gave them a month latter.so on July 26th i sent the RFE..meanwhile situation got So thick at home she literally threatened to kill me.i had to move.on 12 august status was case ready to be scheduled for appointment.three days latter Appointment scheduled for 7nth September..Talked to lawyers on way forward some suggested i withdraw the case and file VAWA.others was i show up explain myself and tell them Am filling a vawa..suddenly she contacts me we even start counseling to save our marriage.I tell her about the interview and she agrees to go.

  Morning of interview we get there on time.kansas city field office.within five minutes we are called into the office.we are sworn in...

Vo....confirm your name and address.which i do.as we are procceding my "wife" interjects

wife.....can i say something?I called once earlier wanting to withdraw from the case but was told its too advanced.He moved out of the hse the marriage dint work and So Am out...!

.  .....you should see the shock on my face and the counselor too...He asks me did you know abt this my answer was offcourse i did not.

VO....in that case sir leave all your belongings her for you madam take your things wait for me in the lobby I've got to consult my supervisor ill call you back in.

..in three mins he calls us back.at the hall way he asks her to leave for she is no longer needed in the interview room.so i decide to tell him the whole story.He looks at me and asks what address can i send you something if i need information.i point to the one on the application.he says noooo!find me another adress..this woman will not let you receive anything from us.

 Me.:so can i get approved without her?

Vo: I cannot promise but it's a possibility.have this form and fill it.i have to carry out another interview.

. I went filling the new form give it to someone in window three and Am gone.anxious.

 three hours latter i check status online I dint expect what i saw...!

 simply read on 7 Sept 2017 a new card was ordered for production..! I cried.God still does mirracles

i read your post like twice not believing my eyes and i almost had a tear in my eyes when you were finally approved after what the lady put you through. God is indeed wonderful and his works are marvelous in our eyes.

Am happy for you and i wish you all the best. And stay clear of of that lady,if possible file for a divorce. She does not mean well for you.

indeed bro..!am still in shock.i haven't given even a quarter of the story.its been the longest three months of my life.picked up stomach ulcers in the process but Am glad its over and done with..
