Hello All,

So I have a question in regards to the removing of conditions form I-751. My daughter who held a k2 visa when applying for the original green card had an error in printing her card from the service center so it delayed her expiration from the same time as my wife. M wifes expiration date is 12/31/17 and my daughter because of the error was changed to 4/30/2017 instead of the original 12/31/17 date. Can I still file the removing of conditions at the same time as my wife around October which is within her 90 days expiration or do I have to wait later closer to the expiration of my daughters in april??

Thanks for the help

Your daughter has to follow her GC's date not her mom's.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
