Original divorce papers?

 They never asked my then fiancé for my divorce papers. I would think a photo copy would be fine.  

The county courthouse in my area gives certified copies at no cost so I had sent that.

Thanks that's the answer I want to hear, but I don't think my wife's going to be too sure about that. I guess I'll have to either call the consulate or NVC to ask. It's $65 just to send three paper pages

Is it listed in your items to bring to interview?  Usually the petitioner stuff is taken care of when the petition is sent in and the interview portion is for items for the beneficiary.  But we were a K1.  CR1 may be different.

Well cr1 means remarried and my divorce was in 2003 so I guess I better send it to her just in case. But I think I'm going to call NVC and ask them first I just hate to wait on the phone for an hour. Thank you for your replies!
