I am preparing my packet for AOS. I also want to apy for EAD. Do I need to pay for EAD separately? This is my first application.

I am applying for AOS based on marriage to usc and my visa is J-1. I also have the waiver now from uscis.

Is the application for EAD supposed to be free if I am doing concurrent filing? Thanks.

Thanks! Do I make checques separately for eact type of filing?

Yes, they should be separate checks as they are separate filings (i.e. if you misfile the I-485 and it gets rejected, the I-130 can still be accepted).

For the advance parole, part 4 (info about your travel), I still don't have ang itinerary as I am filing this just in case I need to go back home, so what should I write on this part? Purpose of the trip and list of countries ...?

List the countries you anticipate, but it really won't matter since you're filing based on a pending I-485 (and you aren't limited to that list). As for the purpose, "TBD", "As-needed", etc. is fine. Again, when filed with an I-485 you don't need a particular reason to use AP.

I don't know what country/countries you anticipate visiting, but I would presume your home country would be on it (.e. if you had a family member get ill or something). I'm personally going to put "As-needed" for the reason, but it's all the same.

Hello again! My husband did not work in 2014. On his I-130, itnis asking for the last 3 years of filed tax. So he only has 2015 and 2016

so far... What should I put on the third one

then?

$0, but he also needs to write an affidavit stating why he was not required to file (i.e. he had no income that year).
