I an trying to use the "letter of intent" example that is posted in the documents sections.

On the example, beneath USCIS service center address location are the words...

"Or when submitting for interveiw"

What does this mean?

I am a little unsure of the correct spelling of Fiance...... (does it matter where the apostrophy goes? or if it is used at all?

Several consulates require an updated letter of intent at the time of the interview.

For your intitial I-129F petition, you are required to include a letter of intent from both the petitioner (USC) and beneficiary (your fiance)

fiancé = male

fiancée= female

Also,

The example document indicates I put my address at the top ..... Just address and not my name too?

Your address on top serves as the letterhead of sorts. You can put your name also, but it does not need it, since you will sign your name at the bottom of the letter of intent. You may want to type your name at the bottom of the letter....and have your signature appear above your typed name....exactly like a business letter. Don't forget to have your fiance(e) do the same with his/her information on the letter and sign it. :)

Danno,

The example is just that - an example. Write it any way you want if you're uncomfortable with the example.
