Does anyone know if there is a passport agency closest to the St. Paul courthouse building? I saw folks from other oath ceremonies submitted passport application right away next door

 H1b ---> EB-1A (I-140) ---> I-485 AOS(Green Card) ---> 5 years --->  US Citizenship N400 application

Not sure if its a coincidence but Nov 6 is election day. Maybe they have to give time-off to staff who want to vote.

According to the TV news, there were over 900 new citizens taking oath at St. Paul on 9/11 last month. 

 H1b ---> EB-1A (I-140) ---> I-485 AOS(Green Card) ---> 5 years --->  US Citizenship N400 application

i heard that about 1/3 new citizens on that day were Somalia original.

On 10/11/2018 my case status updated saying I was in line for the Oath ceremony. Haven't received anything else so seems unlikely I will naturalize before the election.

for your reference, my oath letter was generated on 10/1 and scheduled for 10/15.
