Letter request

Went to st.lukes last week and they asked me of a letter request from the u.s embassy because I have to redo my medical since it was expired. I called the embassy already and told me they are going to send the letter of request to my email but until now I don't get it yet.i also emailed them already and there is no reply.what should I do? I was thinking to just write a letter and send it to thier office.isnt it a good idea? I hope I can have an answer.thank you very much.

Did you check your spam folder?

 

Embassy uses email most the time now.    Once you have email them again, don't send again, it just clogs the system and get nothing done.
