In order for the embassy to issue your K-1 visa, your passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months. If you have less than 6 month, you best renew it now. However, the passport renewal will slow down your K-1 process a little bit. Your passport is essential at this stage. Any possibility of getting the passport renewal expedited?

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Actually I got my noa2 last july 19, and now im waiting for the case number :)

My passport will be expire in february 20 2018. What if i got my case number can I go for medical? Cause my passport renewal appointment is in august 24.
