nope

just make sure a few say the same thing to make sure one is not wrong.

what information do you know about how she arrived?

date? flight number? airline? city she flew to/from?

Well she knows the flight, airline, day she came, and origin and destination, which makes me question how that FOIA is taking more than 6 months.

Name she used?

the trouble you might be having is how do you prove it was your mom who used the other persons stuff and not actually the other person who your mom got all of the details from. since by doing this anyone who entered without inspection could find a person similar to them and use thier information to get around having to leave the country to adjust which then means they don't incur a ban and have to have wavers filed.

Certainly would need to be evidenced.

I think she does as well but like f f said she doesn't have any literal proof of her coming here under that name.

finger prints ideally but mabye photo if the two people look nothing a like.

but it would of had to be collected by cbp to show it was the person who arrived and I'm not sure they would still have those records.

Pretty sure both are recent.
