Guatemala Appointment Time?

Yess i tied the night before he left and then when he left to go through security I cried some more lol 

mom slso pregnant so that may be the horomones lol but I was very scared that I would have to pick up and move to Guatemala no way I was gonna be here without him. 

But it all worked out 

just be sure to have all your documents and be prepared to answer the questions we put earlier and you will be fine.

1. Did you practice the questions? If so how often?

 

2. Was your hubby nervous at all? Mine knows all answers but gets a little nervous under pressure.

We went over questions a couple of times and he was nervous but he know she how to hide it lol

Yes we did, the lawyer had to do it for us.

You guys are making me feel better about the whole situation. My husband and I have been going throught the process for almost 4 yrs but last week we just recieved our i601a approval. We have a meeting with our attorney on oct.2 to find out whats next. We are super nervous after reading all the documents he needs, I can't attend with him as we have three children and can't afford it. Was it hard to get the police certificate and med exams? How long were you and your husbands separated? Any tips would help! Our attorney is the hardest person to get in contact with

I registered hubby yesterday. Was confused, but figured out you have click on IV address registration then visa type. After that just entered profile info and next screen shows you list of offices. Hope it helps!

They will send you some papers via email  that husband will need to complete and take with him. 

 

My my husband got his results that same day but only because the appointment was very early the lady at the medical dr said the earlier the appointment the more likely he was to get results that same day. 

 

Also so he will have to pay for medical exam and the X-rays we thought it was all together but they are not and of course if any shots are needed. My husband got only 3 shots (he told them he had already gotten Variecella so they didn't put that one) 

 

i scheduled the appointment about 4 days before he left to Guatemala . 

Thanks! Scheduled appt. yesterday, told them we were just notified of interview date over the weekend and they told me to pick any day for exam. He's bringing extra cash for X-rays & shots as you mentioned.

I agree with the above! My husband did have to come back that Monday (appt was 9/1) to get his vaccines and dr report because they were busy but was not a big deal. He called to make his appt the day after we got our interview notice. Appointment was 9/1 and interview was 9/11. 

Thank you! Exam 9/25. They told me he will have to go back to pick up results 2 days later.
