I filed a request to expedite my husband's I-130 on July 10 and received notice this morning that it was denied due to no proof of my emergent situation (but they also never requested the proof, which confuses me). Regardless of my confusion there I am now unable to request a new expedite request for 30 days, I am curious though if the expedite request is approved will that expedite the entire visa process or just the i-130? Also how do I submit proof at the time of request? I wad told by the USCIS Rep that there was no way??

Also, I inquired about the time frame in which our application should be processed and they informed me we are actually outside of their normal processing time (TSC is processing i-130's from May 31st of this year but mine isn't processed yet and I sent ours in Feb 24, 2017)  so she sent a "service request" in asking why my application is taking so long and told me I should hear something within 30 days, my concern is I may not have 30 days before our baby comes and we are trying to get him here like now, is there anything else I can do to get a response before the 30 days?

You need  to ask for an expedite at each stage; USCIS, NVC, and then embassy.

When you call to request an expedite, ask for an email address or fax number to send your documents to.  If you tell us why you want to expedite, we can give advice on what sort of documents to send (expedites for anything but impending military deployment are difficult to get).

Let me tell you my experience with the expedite process with the USCIS.  First of all I submitted my wife's I-130 form in December 2016 and submitted I-129F K3 in Feb 2017.  Both went to the TSC.  I was told by a tier 2 officer back in January 2017 that the normal processing time is 6 months.  I requested an expedite for my I-130 case in March because my wife had an emergency in March.  I waited 15 days and received nothing.  On the 16th day, I decided to call and was told an email was sent last week and I had 48 hours to reply and submit my evidence.  I never received the email I swear and I checked everything from SPAM/JUMK, INBOX and all.  Anyways, the tier 2 officer sent me a screenshot of the email that was sent to me and gave me an email and subject to send my evidence to.  I did that around late March 2017 and received nothing until today.

Late March I decided to request to expedite my I-129F K3 case, but this time I told myself I will call everyday to make sure I get this email so I can reply to it.  The USCIS has my correct email and I triple verified it with them.  I submitted a request to expedite my I-129F K3 case and called every single day.  On day 3, I received an email explaining to me that the USCIS has received a large number of expedite requests and my request will be reviewed in 60 days.  60 days would be around late May 2017.  I never received anything until late June where they asked for evidence.  I sent the evidence the same day (Late May) and we are in mid July and I never received an answer.  I didn't even get any type of decision even if its denied for both requests.

I told you earlier I submitted my I-130 in Dec 2016 and I was told the normal processing time I was told was 6 months. In mid April I received a RFE and I was told once my response is received that it takes 45 to 60 days for the USCIS to update me with a response.  I waited 61 days and called them because I didn't hear anything from them.  I was also over 6 months since my case was received by the USCIS.  The officer told me the TSC normal processing time is now 9 months.  So, I asked about my RFE response because its been over 60 days and the officer told me since the USCIS updated me that my response was received, that's considered a response.  I told her its 60 days to review my RFE response, but she said 60 days to update me and they did by telling me my response was received.  I just learned 2 weeks ago almost that my case 7.5 months after it was submitted that it has been transferred to the local USCIS office and the local USCIS office when I contact them told me it will be 90 to 120 days from the day it was received by them to schedule me for an interview.  3 to 4 months to schedule my interview, not to interview me, but only to schedule it and I was told the interview will be scheduled at least 1 month from the day its scheduled.  This means best case I will get an interview in 4 months or more.  I have no criminal record of any kind and my case is 100% legit.

In 2.5 weeks, my I-129F K3 case will hit the 6 months mark, but I am sure when it does and I call that the USCIS will tell me the normal processing time has been extended.  The processing time link on the USCIS website show the TSC is processing I-129F K3 cases submitted on Jan 2nd and that was the update on May 31st.  It's mid July now so 1.5 months from May 31st, but my case which was submitted early Feb hasn't been touched.

A bunch of lies if you ask me.  They approve whoever they want based on race and origin and every now and then they will let some slide through to throw people off.
