Hi,

First of all, I am happy to join this forum that has valuable information and friendly people :)

I am the beneficiary of IR-1 visa and currently my case is at the NVC with the below timelines:

NVC received my DS-260 on June 27th

NVC received my package by mail on June 29th

My concern is that until now the NVC status still says Action required: Submit requested documents

My questions, why the NVC status didn’t update? what happens next? When should I expect my interview? And is there a way to expedite my interview?

Note: I will be doing my interview in the US embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Thank you in advance

It won't update until your case is complete. Once complete, it would change to At NVC.

When should I expect my interview?

Once complete NVC would schedule your interview based on your embassy's availability.

And is there a way to expedite my interview?

Yes you can try to expedite. If lucky you will be granted with the request.

Note: I will be doing my interview in the US embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Thank you in advance
