11 weeks again?

Hi everyone, I received this email and I was in doubt, someone has already been through it? The site does not show that I have a CC, the AOS continues too, will I start in the 11 weeks again? I sent the antecedents, the I864 was with an error, already it has been run, somebody has suguestoes? thanks for listening. ps: sorry for some mistake, I'm not fluent, and I still use the translator.

Hi, what is your second scan date? They seem to be processing faster.. So hopefully you can get it completed within 6-8 weeks.. My suggestion is to call them every week, ask to speak to a supervisor to see if they can get you a CC.
