Can anybody enlighten me.

My situation is..

i am currently working Riyadh, from Philippines.. we filed our 129f and choose the Manila Consulate .. but now, because i have to deal with paying roughly 80,000php if i cancel my unfinish contrac because i still have 8months left. my question is... or options maybe

1: after receiving noa2, can i just ask for vcation, pay visa fee in my home country then continue the next process when my contract ends?

2- can we ask the uscis/nvc to tranfer my case here Riyadh so i can just process in here while wworking ?? But therea a but,,,

i have have a k2, and he is in PH,, since were flying together,, can we have our medical and Interview in different consulate?

If the thing of transfering works and  if iLL have my visa, by the time my contract will end i will go home and then process his medical and interview..

which will work better.. its making me crazy.. thankYou in advance..

You can transfer the case to the Riyadh Consulate but I wouldn't know what to do with the K2 then. You can just go home on vacation and never go back and then do everything with the visa in Manila. My asawa did that when she was on vacation from Qatar.

You can do the the vacation and go back to Pinas for the interview and then fly back to KSA to finish your contract. The only thing with that the K1 visa is usually valid for 6 months after the medical. So you would have to fly back to the Phillipines and do CFO then leave.

The main thing is that you have some time so you can just wait to do everything until the end of your contract if you want to see it out. Where in the Philippines are you from?

I completely understand how the visa and entry/exit system work for gulf countries both my asawa and I have worked there before. But if you are not going back there if you take a vacation and never come back there then what is the problem? Your passport will be stamped oh well big deal, but they won't come after you in the Philippines for 80,000php. Unless you plan on going back to KSA after you get married then I don't see a problem with you just not going back. No matter what if you do the interview in Riyadh or Manila you will have to do the CFO counseling anyway, because they won't let you leave to the USA without it. If you did the interview in Riyadh and then fly back to get your anak you would still have to go.

Honestly I think you are causing more headache with trying to have your interview transferred to Riyadh and then have to worry about your anak's interview and then trying to fly out at the same time to the USA.

What you can do is have your case transferred to Riyadh, do the interview there and then fly straight to the USA. Then once in the USA you can do a K2 follow to join for your anak. You can do that for your son up to 1 year after your interview. But that's just an idea.
