Greetings,

Just checked USICS processing times they are now at the month of November 15th 2016. My spouse application is dated November 4th 2016. What should I do?? I check my case profile nothing has been updated at all. -_-

You are now out of normal processing times. You can file an e-request at the website. My advice is to get an infopass appoint to speak to USCIS agent, also contact your congressman for help and call the USCIS 1800 number and demand to speak to a tier2 or a supervisor, they must let you know why are you out of normal processing times, ask them to either tell you right away what's the holdup or ask for a call back, if they mail a letter they usually write very generic responses.
