Biometrics still not mailed!!

good day!  this is my second thread regarding my case. They are taking long time to send schedule for biometrics. they receive the case april17 until now no mail received for the biometrics. I called them and made a report twice already. is there anyone here who has the same case as mine? K1 to AOS with I-131 and i-765.

Have the status changed to schedule for your FP online? What did they tell u when u called?

Same here with me did my second request today but I doubt anything will happen. It's just a waiting game I guess

Sorry to hear this... what does your case tracker say?

 

As it's approaching the 60-day mark, perhaps you could file a congressional to look into things for you and schedule an infopass online if you haven't already. I imagine these things could potentially at least get your case looked at.

hi!, they make an online report and told me to follow up after 30 days, Im waiting for 2 reports now. they didn't changed the status online, still fingerprint fee received.

I will look into what you said, I'm not familiar with that. thank you very much. still my case in on finger print fee received.  I guess so, hope for good results soon.

You can also try a walk-in at your local field office if you have the time, just go with your NOA and all documents relating to your case. You might be lucky.

It just happened to me same way but in different case. I would recommend u to wait until the day after the 30 days, then schedule appointment with your local USCIS. They might take your FP or give u the letter with appointment day to come back. Gluck

For me I tried to make a Infopass but for 30 days my local office has no appointment available

Hi everyone,

 

Same problem for me case received aprile 28th but still no biometric appointments. Called today to have some information, they didn't metion any problem and also said that the case is in the regular processing time. I really don't know what to do.

I just found this in the USCIS website maybe this is the reason of the delay

thanks for that, I will still try my luck and will go to the nearest uscis office, I will walk in, if not I will go to info pass kiosk in the office to schedule an appointment since its difficult to get it online.
