Originals needed again??

I became a LPR in 2005. In 1993, I committed "theft under $1,000" in my country of Canada and was made to pay a Court fee of $20.00 and then sent on my way with charges withdrawn. I was never placed in handcuffs, never entered any sort of plea, just asked to state my name for the court, read the charge, and then judge told me to pay the administrative court fine before I left. No probation or anything else.

I already disclosed this on my I-485 AOS when I first got my green card and submitted certified document saying the records had been destroyed because it was so long ago. Now I am filing my N400. Will this be an issue again? I can't get anything other than a certified court statement saying the records are (still) destroyed.  I have not had any other offence since 1993, not even a traffic violation in either country.

My main question is this:  Do I need to get another court certified document saying the same thing or can I just submit photocopies of the original 2005 letter submitted with my prior I-485 with a note on the cover letter stating that they already have the originals declaring records were destroyed because it happened over twenty years ago?  I know that during my interview they will have my entire file in front of them....would my application even get accepted for processing without another original submitted?

I've applied for another original to bring to the interview because I won't get it in time for when i file the paperwork (if I wait too long to file then my GC will be out of the 6 months before expiry clause...trying to submit the N400 beforehand so I can get my GC extended without paying another fee on top).

I'm hoping they will at the very least accept my application with the intention of bringing new originals to the interview..would suck if they reject the application entirely right off the bat.

It was hard to get this document 13 years ago...now trying to get the exact same document from them an additional 10 more years ago is nearly impossible.

You will be fine, all they care is  if you have any incident since you became LPR i know because i was in the same boat. i got all the paperwork f to my n400 interview and He didnt even ask for it, He did ask what was the charges  all about it and i told him the truth...and  the IO said: ALL we care is the last 5 years since you became LPR. but get your paper work in order....Good luck
