Hello again everyone!!

 

I have a question about the proof of relationship part. If we use our daily conversations as proof like do screenshots of them, do we have to capture specific convo about our relationship like our plans in the future or about the marriage stuff like that? Or can we just capture random convos just to show that we are communicating? And what if we are speaking our dialect (he's half filipino) in the conversations, do we have to translate them? And how does it work? Should we get an official translator and certify it?

Generally speaking, all that you mentioned is fine. However, sometimes your embassy might be a bit more picky about certain things. Hopefully no pictures with your family wouldn't be an issue. On my end, I only had some pictures with his immediate family that I managed to meet and my fiancé with my sister and a couple of good friends. Our I-129F was approved without an issue.

 

ETA: Sorry, thought I was responding to your other post with the same title where you mentioned about photos.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
