I spoke with Tier 2 yesterday and he said I just have to wait. He said "if they said they are backlogged at Montgomery, then they are backlogged". He wasn't very nice but he at least told me that my case was last audited on February 22. I asked what that means and he said it means they checked to make sure my file/case wasn't lost. Seems like something they do at regular intervals. I can't wait to be done with this process.

Has anyone in here still been waiting? I'm still waiting and it is very frustrated every time when I login to my uscis account.

In December, the estimated case completion time was 1 month (Feb 2018). Then I login in early March, the estimated case completion time was 1 month again, but which meant April 2018. Today I login again, the estimated case completion time is 4 months (July) and estimated wait time is 2 months. 

Seriously, everytime I login, the estimated time is getting longer and longer. It seems it never sees the end. 

I was hoping Montgomery new office will help ATL office, but it seems even getting worse.

i thought when they open Montgomery office it might speed things up, but we are still waiting.

1/18/2010- flew to meet and proposed (stayed for two weeks)
2/23/2010- mailed I-129F overnight
2/25/2010- checked cashed
3/03/2010- received NOA1 Hard copy (dated 2/25/2010)
5/20/2010- I-129F Petition approved
5/25/2010- Received NOA 2 in mail
7/12/2010- Medical( chest xray found white lines)
7/12/2010-7/14/2010- sputum test (for smear test)
7/16/2010- smear test neg ( 8 week wait time)
9/13/2010- call st lukes
9/14/2010- return to st Lukes get result's
9/15/2010- return to st Lukes for immunization's
9/15/2010- medical passed
10/4/2010- Embassy Interview (Passed)
10/8/2010- Visa received
11/12/2010- arrived at POE ( Atlanta Georgia )
2/12/2013- Filed AOS

3/18/2013- Biometric

7/26/2013 Aos petiton approved

8/3/2013- received ( Perminent Resident Green Card 10 yr)
