Hello 

My USA fiance submitted form i-129f petition on 01-30-2017 then she got NOA1 in 3 days of submitted 02-02-2017,i update my profile on Visa Journey and they said expected time for NOA2 is between 07-may-2017 to 12-may-2017 but now almost June is over Can any body tell me please what should i do now

VJ timeline only provides an estimate. NOA2 can come in 3 months from NOA1 date or it could be a longer. Every case is different.

 

Your fiance can attempt to call USCIS and request to speak to a Tier 2 to check on the status of the petition. If that's a futile attempt, your fiance can contact his senator or congressman to make an inquiry on behalf of him.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
