Case has been under admin processing since February in the consulate level,Philippines. Any other way we can request for faster process on this just like our option to have our case checked by senator while in the USCIS OR NVC LEVEL when there is too much delay of it?

AP usually takes days but sometimes weeks. In some cases, it could take a few years. AP is kinda like a black hole and all you can do is wait other than calling the embassy to check occasionally. Contacting a congressperson or senator wouldn't help at AP stage. The most they'll be able to find out would be whether or not your case file is still in the beneficiary's country or it has been returned to USCIS awaiting expiry. Sorry you're experiencing this. It must be aggravating :(

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

When we were in AP for a long time (my fiancé interview was in Feb too) and contacted them they were able to confer with NVC where the case was. They don't tell you why it's in AP but you will at least know if it's been sent back to the US or not. 

 

Our case was eventually sent back to the US over a month ago now and no one from USCIS has ever contacted my fiancé or I do without my congresswoman I would not have known.
