Dear concern, im going to ask very uncommon question, but i still need help if possible. My wife apply for me immigrant visa, after interview CEAC status is going smoothly.... in mean while me and my wife had some problem between us she gone crazy and mail to US embassy to cancel my visa. and then CEAC status changed "Ready" to  "Administration Process". then i send a mail to US embassy requesting to provide my visa to fix my marriage life.( in the mail i explain everything and request them to give me a chance to meet my wife and fix my marriage life) then after 1 week the CEAC status changed to again "READY" from "Administration Process" and with in next 1 week the status date has been changed 3 time. what is the meaning of this "READY'' mean? should i expect anything positive or they will "refuse" it after "READY". really appreciate your reply.

I've never seen this status before.  Is the petition still at USCIS or approved.  Did you have a visa interview?  Did your case ever actually get to an Embassy?

So, your wife contacted the Consular Immigrant Visa Unit at the Embassy AFTER your interview?  Trying to help here but you'll need to be more forthcoming with information in order for your question to be understood in context.
