I couldn't find this info before so I'm posting to help others for future reference.

3 days After my visa was approved and it said issued on ceac website i emailed asa_contactus@visaops.net and you can also check the site where you paid for visa for colombia and they will have tracking number there for dhl so you can track visa. The visa site is https://ais.usvisa-info.com

Hope this helps others in the future from colombia.

Congratulations on finding the tracking site. One of the issues in dealing with Visa Journey is that there is so much information that it can sometimes be difficult zeroing in on what you specifically need. In this case, the link that you quote is actually in the Colombia Portal. But you have to click on "Bogota Consulate Information", and then scroll down to Packet 3 information where the link (not hot linked) is listed at the bottom of the field.
