Good afternoon!

 

I usually view this site from three devices, phone, home computer and work computer. I have been locked out of my phone and home computer for a good while now. I had been emailing with people in support, but no link they sent back to me worked. Can someone get in contact with me and help me rectify this? There has to be another way other than creating a new account. 

My thought is that I have to be logged out of VJ on my work computer, to be able to create a new password. But I am afraid to do this in the event I am unable to log in anywhere. PLEASE help.

I have not received any help from my online inquiries to help me get into my account. Many open and closed tickets based on inactivity (on the side of the VJ), so I created a new account, but I rather have my original one (where I have many messages stored) reactivated.

 

PLEASE someone that has any power in the VJ world reach out to me.

What is your original account name?  Is the email on file up to date (I can reset and send you a message there)?

The original name is tab4768 ...and the email is still active. It ends in comcast.net. Your help is so greatly appreciated, and if you need any other details from me, send me a private message and I can give you the info.
